This special bouquet comes from the Van Gogh Museum, a gift from Vincent himself, to celebrate the museum's 50th anniversary. This golden jubilee is honoured with a stunning bouquet of cut flowers taken from various flower paintings in the museum's collection. You will find flowers from the paintings: Irises, Small Bottle with Peonies and Blue Delphinium, Vase with Chinese Asters and Gladioli, Sunflowers and, of course, the classic Almond Blossoms printed in orange, yellow, white, green, red, brown, blue, purple, pink, and grey colour tones. These cut flowers are set against a grey-green background, making this colourful all-over design a stylish, on-trend alternative to the same design on a golden background - and the flowers look beautiful! The reverse of the quilt cover is a solid green colour. This is a unique design for a unique moment in the history of Van Gogh and the Van Gogh Museum.
